1. MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENTISTIPMTcT OFFICER:
Location: Calabar

Competitive applicants for this NGO job vacancy must: –
Hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Science; Possess a
current Clinical Laboratory Scientist license registration with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria.
Have 3-5 years post-NYSC experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist and 1-3 years experience in clinical laboratory work and sçund understanding of HIV/AIDS and conduct of CD4 count test; Have experience with quality assurance procedures. Have experience in ordering laboratory supØlies; Be convetsant with the ethics of HIV testing; Have competence in the use of all types of HIV equipment test• kits: Be a committed and fervently God-fearing persoh of proven integrity, honesty ,and accountability; Familiarity with Nigerian public health sector / health system and NGOs/CBOs, PMTCT and donor funded program will be an. advantage. A Sociocultural background similar to the project location is an added advantage.

2. STRATEGIC BEHAVIOR CHANGE COMMUNICATION OFFICER
Port Harcourt
Competitive applicants must:
Have a first degree or HND in the social sciences; Have excellent public relations and human resource management skills; Be conversant With PEPFAR reporting requirements; Be-willing to work irregular hours; Relevaht training in advocacy for, HIV/AIDS at the community level will be an added advantage; Have practical knowledge of intervention communities; a committed and fervently God-fearing person of proven integrity, honesty and accountability; A socio-oultural background similar to intervention corrimunity is a strong requirement. –

3. M AND EOFFICER
Location: Port Harcourt]
Competitive applicants for this NGO vacancy must –
Hold a first degree in any related field preferably health or IT and a Postgraduate degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, International Health -or related field; Have at least 2 years working experience in the design, implementation and management of Health M&E systems (HIV/AIDS programming preferred): Possess high level computer skills using MS Excel, MS Access, SPSS and/and Epi-Info; Be conversant with PEPFAR reporting reguirements; Have strong data management and analysis skills; Have advanced knowledge of electrOnic medical records systems apd deployment of database systems for patient mOnitoring an asset; Possess excellent interpersonal skills; Be fluent in written and spoken English. language; Be a committed find fervently God-fearing person of proven integrity-
• honesty and accountability. Knowledge of the local language/dialect spoken in the program location is desirable. A Sociocultural background in the project location is an added advantage.

PROCUREMENT MANAGER [Location: Jos]

Have a degree or HND in any of the social sciences; Have a post-graduate qualificatiOn in relevant field; Have 5-10 years post-NYSC experience in grants or financial management; Have sufficient experience in grant-supported projects; Be conversant with PEPFAR/USAID reporting and other jequhe,ments; Be a committed and fervently God-fearing person of proVen integrity and honesty and accountability; Have detailed understanding of grant making and management processes; Be computer literate with working knowledge of MS Word,- MS Excel; Have strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively Under pressure and meet deadlines

5. HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER: JOS
Have Bsc or HND in Human resource Management Be wilting to work irregular hours. An M. Sc. degree in the humanities will be of added advantage.
