MANAGING DIRECTOR
A leading property development company with housing development projects in Lagos
and Abuja, has vacancy for the position of Managing Director.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Managing Director will be the Chief Executive Officer of the company He/She will oversee all departments of the company including Sales/Marketing of houses, finance, Bank relations Construction of estates human resources, etc
The acceptable candidate must be a graduate in any of the following fields
Sales/Marketing
Finance/Accounting
Construction/Engineering
Property Management

QUALIFICATION FOR THIS JOB VACANCY IN NIGERIA
The candidate must also have the following qualities
Minimum of 20 years post qualification experience, 5 years of which should be
at senior management levels in similar business
A registered/chartered professional in his /her field of qualification
Be between 35 to 50 years age bracket
Must be a team leader with ability to manage subordinates arid enhance business development
Preference will be given to candidates who have cognate experience in sales/marketing of residential properties and related financial-matters
