Qualification:
* Must have BSc/HND in relevant discipline with emphasis on administrative skills and ability to deploy human resources in his department to optimum production
Must have at least ten years cognate experience in the conversion and recycling industry
* Must show good knowledge and ability to exercise judgement, initiative and discretion .
* The candidate must demonstrate good capacity to mentor his subordinates and the passion to make positive
difference in productions;
