The candidate should have a master’s degree in any of the following
1. Organization development
2. Business administration
3. Management
4. Human resources
The candidate must have worked for at least five years in managing technical issue
Should have experience in working at programs which are funded by USAID. Those who have worked with pepfar projects have an added advantage.
Good managerial skills
Willing to travel as required
