A well known NGO based in Port-Harcourt is searching for reliable and competent staffs to fill the positions below.

POST: ADMINISTRATOR (Port-Harcourt)
Requirements: a degree in Business Administration or Social Science with a specializationin Psychology or Human Resources Management. 3years working experience within the Non-government Sector inclusive of staff management.

Supervisory skills, team building, accountability and book-keeping skills, analytical and problem solving skills. Decision making skills, effective verbal and written communication. Computer skill and the ability to computerize accounting, spreadsheet and word processing programs.

POST: 2 TRAINING OFFICERS (Port-Harcourt)
Requirement: A degree in Social Sciences with at least 3 years experience working with the Non-government Sector is required. Applicants must be able tolerate well with people and must possess extensive marketing and research skills, report writing are highly required.

Ability to identify training and development needs after conducting extensive social/market research and appraisal methodologies to gauge effectiveness.

POST: RECEPTIONIST/CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (Port-Harcourt)
Requirements: diploma certificate or university degree in Business Admin is required for this position. With at least 2years work experience in customer service and has good communication and inter-personal skills.

Ability to use different type of computer software programs, experience in opening and sorting mails collecting and distributing parcels.
Transmitting and delivering facsimiles and performing internet search tasks are desirable for the role.

POST: OFFICE ASSISTANT / COOK (Port-Harcourt)
Requirements: applicant must possess a senior secondary certificate (SSCE) with at least 2 years work experience in similar post.

POST: 2 DRIVERS (Port-Harcourt)
Requirements: applicant must possess a senior secondary certificate examination (SSCE) and must be holder of a valid driving licence. A letter of recommendation from previous employer should be provided.

Applicant must be familiar with Port-Harcourt roads and the surrounding areas and should be able to display a good knowledge of all traffic rules and regulations, demonstrate continual vigilance to the highest degree of driver’s courtesy for both drivers and pedestrians.
