1. Power Technocrat: HND/BSC in electrical/mechanical engineering with at least 8 years experience in hydro power/gas plant/turbine/solar energy
2. ADMINISTRATOR: HND/BSC in public administration, business administration or human resources with at least 5 to 10 years experience in power industry
3. ACCOUNTANT: HND/BSC in accounting with 5 to 10 years experience and must be chartered
4. CORE GENERATOR MECHANIC: Electrical and mechanic with ability to work on 1 to 1000KVA generators
5. ELECTRICIAN: with specialty in conduct and surface wiring with knowledge of inverter installation/solar energy will be a plus
