Position: Pharmacist (AC OO7) Location: Lagos The Role: To promote the safe and effective use of medication by working with the healthcare team to ensure the selection of the best medication at the correct dose for an appropriate duration and minimizing side effects and drug interactions.
Duties and responsibilities
Manage pharmacy operations including ensuring appropriate ordering and purchasing of pharmaceutical and medical supplies, stock maintenance and ensuring proper storage and handling.
Dispense prescribed medication to patients and provide information about drugs.
Counsel patients and answer questions about prescribed drugs, including questions regarding possible side effects or interactions among various drugs.
Advise physicians and other health practitioners on the selection, dosages, interactions, and side effects of medications.
Review prescriptions to assure accuracy, and help prevent any prescription errors
Develop systems to reduce possibilities of prescribing or dispensing errors
Provide information and advice regarding drug interactions, side effects, dosage and proper medication storage.
Analyze prescribing trends to monitor pa
tient compliance and to prevent excessive usage or harmful interactions.
Qualifications and experience
Candidates must possess a Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy and registered with the Pharmacist Council of Nigeria.
At least 2 years working experience in a healthcare environment.

Position
: Radiographer (AC 008) Location: Lagos The Role: The radiographer will perform radiographic examination using x-rays, and ultrasound imaging technology.
Duties and responsibilities
Perform a range of radiographic examinations on patients to produce high-quality images.
Observe and maintain contact with patients during their waiting, examination and post examination stay in the department.
Provide support and reassurance to patients, taking into account their physical and psychological needs.
Record imaging identification and patient documentation quickly and accurately, observing protocols and maintaining patient confidentiality.
Understand and observe health and safety at work and welfare issues, including ionizing radiation regulations, to protect self and others.
Ensure that equipment is regularly checked for malfunctions and any fault reported.
Qualifications, experience and attributes
Bachelors Degree in Radiography (B.Rad) or any equivalent qualification and registered with the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria. (RRBN)
Must have at least three (3) years post qualification cognate experience

: Laboratory Scientist (AC OO9) Location: Lagos The Role: The Medical Laboratory Scientist will be responsible for performing basic laboratory tests that provide physicians with information that assists them in preventing, diagnosing and treating diseases and maintaining patient wellness.
Duties and responsibilities
Perform tasks, duties and/or complex tests in all areas of the laboratory assigned (hematology, bacteriology, microscopy, routine chemistry) according to established laboratory protocols and procedures.
Perform phlebotomies, capillary punctures and venipunctures as appropriate for the patient requiring the procedure
Process specimens utilizing protocols and technical knowledge
Calibrate, standardize and maintain instruments following established procedures.
Perform quality control, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting protocols to ensure proper functioning of instruments, reagents and procedures
Validates and reports results of tests performed.
Delivers patients reports according to times indicated in policy and collection manual.
Researches and develops new procedures as required.
Qualifications, experience and attributes
Candidate must possess a Certificate of the Associate of the Institute of Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (AMLSCN)
Candidate must possess current practicing license.
Should be able to perform hematological, chemical pathological and microbiological analysis
Candidate must possess at least five (5) years cognate experience.
