• Solving System and Network related problems (Hardware and Software).
• Installation and Sharing of Network Printer’s.
• Managing and Maintaining Thin Clients.
• Managing Wireless and Wired Network with the help of Manageable, Non Manageable Switch and Wireless Access Points (Dink).
• Managing CISCO Router, Switches (2500,2600,2950)
• Managing Email account with Outlook Express.
• Remotely managing the systems through Team Viewer or Remote Desktop.
• Others: Maintaining Hardware Inventory, Taking Normal, Incremental and Differential backup, Schedule the Backup, Daily, Weekly.
