Administrative and Logistics Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Manage appointments and meeting schedules at and outside IFES Nigeria Office
- Provide administrative and logistics services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage logistics appointment for events, trainings, workshops, seminars etc which will include hotels, locations, food etc
- Procurement of workshop and training materials
- Preparing of purchase order and contracts
- Travel logistics for IFES staff and visiting consultants and general administration
PROGRAM COORDINATOR
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting program officer in coordinating and organizing program activities, contributing to reports and performing other programmatic duties as required
- Provide support to local and international consultants
- Draft report of program activities including field trip, weekly reports, and work plans and contributing to quarterly reports and other program reports
- Conduct other work related to program implementation
- Assist in conducting trainings
- Advice Country Director or designee on political/electoral developments and provide recommendations on matters related to the project goals
DRIVER
Responsibilities:
Maintain vehicle and fuel logs, monitor and maintain the condition of vehicles and transporting people, supplies, letter as required
Qualification: highest consideration will be given to applicants who demonstrate strong and proven track record with democracy and governance work
