HEAD OF FINANCE

A leading international non governmental organisation working in †ђξ area of HIV and AIDS care and treatment we need a suitable candidate to occupy †ђξ vacant post of:

HEAD, FINANCE AND ORGANISATION
Responsibilities:
Managing †ђξ financial and administrative section of †ђξ organisation’s activities in Nigeria including oversee financial aspects of all donor awards to ensure that financial transactions comply with †ђξ requirements and regulations of parent institution, United States Government and other donors, developing, managing and periodic reporting on organisational budgets and day to day financial transactions, participating in strategic planning and meetings and taking †ђξ lead in providing all financial input into organisational plans and programs, designing and implementing administrative, requirement and best practices, responsibility for ensuring that †ђξ existing policies and procedures of †ђξ organisation’s operations in Nigeria adhere to †ђξ standard operating procedures of †ђξ parent institution, providing supportive supervision and mentoring to †ђξ finance coordinator and administrative coordinator respectively

Requirements:
Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or any relevant discipline, masters prefered with ACCA, ACA, CPA and 10 years or more with minimum of 7 years experience in †ђξ international NGO, experience in analysing and implementing financial data, good management and supervisory skills, experience in supervision of finance and administrative staffs, excellent interpersonal and communications skills with strong computer spreadsheet and word processing skills
