1. Mechanical/Pipeline Engineer: location Badagry

Responsibilities:

-         Implementation of Company HES and Security policies to ensure safe work environment

-         Mechanical Engineering: general and pipeline systems Engineering and R&M facilities (5 stations)

-         Policy, procedures and operational excellence

-         Finance and resource planning and management

-         Operational reports for management decision making

-         Oversee work schedules and ensure that there is adequate coverage for all Electrical and instrument tasks for operations and maintenance activities

Requirements:

-         Degree in Electrical and Instrument engineering with at least 7 years relevant working experience

-         Presentation skills, decisive thinker, skilled influencer and comfortable with dealing with all level of management and articulate information clearly

-         Operations experience with electronic instrumentation, Electrical and Instrument Facilities Engineering, specifications and operations, Hazard management, gas measurement, vendor management, change management and competence assessment

1. Process Engineer: location: Badagry

Responsibilities:

-         Provide engineering support for technical/operations of an export gas pipeline complete with associated compression facilities

-         Work closely with discipline engineers and operations personnel to define, examine implications and propose, specify and design/re-design new facilities and facilitates modifications to achieve operations objectives and adequately transport gas of specified quality to designated customers

-         Provide process engineering input into projects by reviewing design calculations, drawings, reports and ensuring standards are followed including an understanding of relevant API, ASME and other relevant API specifications

-         Coordinate periodic assessment and audits, in accordance with pre-determined timeline and industry best practice to assure effective process safety practices within the company and reduce high consequence incidents in company operations

Requirements:

-         Degree in Engineering with at least 7 years relevant working experience

-         Good multi discipline experience of oil and gas projects from conceptual design through detail engineering to commission and operations

-         Knowledge of applications of process engineering to operating environment

-         Safety consciousness

REAL ESTATE AND PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

Responsibilities:

-         Development and implementation of the operational plans and management of bill of quantity for all ongoing future projects

-         Oversee the management system and overall execution of projects

-         Supervise preparation of scope of work, project scheduled, quality, equipment, materials and direct supervision on all construction and other technical activities

-         Organize various sections from engineering, construction and procurement in preparing, establishing, coordinating and implementing plans including timeliness of logistics and optimal utilization of resources

-         Coordinate all sub contractors and vendors with a view of ensuring that materials and job deliveries meet the industry’s known standards

-         Prepare weekly and monthly reports on all projects

Requirements:

-         Degree in quantity surveying and higher degree in engineering or MBA and project management certificate will be an added advantage with at least 5 years relevant experience in similar post

-         Hands on experience in project scheduling and monitoring, project engineering and costing and tendency and procurement processes

-         Strong knowledge of multi project operations

-         Excellent communicate and leadership skills

1. Site engineer job title: MCSE003: report to head of project

Responsibilities:

-         Manage and control site engineering department

-         Ensure correct design, inclusive of change is followed

-         Ensure construction projects follow the required design using the correct materials to the required quality in a safe manner

-         Ensure all design and material changes are correctly incorporated into the construction project

-         Oversee day to day running of the project

-         Representing the company towards the client and consultants on site

-         Assist head of project in the control of change orders

Requirements:

-         Degree in Architecture and at least 5 years experience in similar position

-         Ability to prioritize and plan work activities quickly and accurately

-         Ability to interpret structural drawings with precision and eye for details and not for prone to errors

-         Excellent leadership, communication skills

1. Deputy Head of project (job title: MCDHOP002). Report to head of project

Responsibilities: same as head of project

Requirements:

-         Degree in Architecture and a higher degree in engineering and/or MBA or project management or relevant certification will be an added advantage

-         Hands on experience in project scheduling and monitoring, project engineering and costing and tendency and procurement processes

-         Strong knowledge of multi project operations

-         Excellent communicate and leadership skills

1. PA TO MD (job title:MCPM004): report to managing Director

Responsibilities:

-         All secretarial and administrative activities within assigned unit with given guidelines and set goals

-         Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Requirements:

-         Degree in law, english, linguistics and any humanities discipline with at least 5 years experience in similar post

-         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-         Ability to work independently with a service oriented approach to work

-         Willingness to work flexible hours and ability to deal with complex issues

-         MS office packages understanding

1. Personal chef: (JCPC005): minimum of SSCE or trade certificate with at least 5 years experience and ability to prepare local and intercontinental dishes
2. Drivers: (JCD006): minimum of SSCE with valid driving licence and 5 years or driving experience and applicant must be conversant with Lagos roads and environs and must know the pros and cons of traffic instructions
