- Head Human Resources (ES130):
Responsibilities:
- Drive the company’s HR management strategies, create the right environment for the firm to attract, motivate and retain the best talents available to meet its growth objectives
- Foster peaceful and productive industrial relations climate needed to prosper in a highly competitive international business operation
Requirements:
- Degree in any business or social sciences and minimum of 8 years relevant experience
- Hands on experience in management of industrial relations in a large company, a masters’ degree and professional membership of CIPMN will be a plus
- Head, Internal Controls (ES 131):
Responsibilities:
- Raising service standards and maintaining the integrity of all financial and operational processes
- Ensure all operations and participate adhere strictly to approved standards
- Undertake periodic review of systems and controls to identify gaps and recommend appropriate solutions for enhancement
Requirements:
- Degree in accounting or equivalent and must be a member of recognized institute of chartered accountants with at least 8 years relevant experience in a technical/engineering or manufacturing industry and proficiency in the use of accounting softwares
- Protocol Manager: (ES132):
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all protocol duties including travels, ticketing, hotel accommodation, consular services, escort services, event planning and management for the Group Chief executive and other top company managements
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in marketing, public relations, HR or administration with 5 years experience in a similar post
- Technical administrative manager: (ES133):
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR and admin services at one of the major port terminals where firms operates
- Report to MD of one of the companies in the Group
- Staff administration, discipline, welfare, procurement and sundry administrative
Requirements:
- HND/BSC in social science with professional certificate in port operations, shipping and clearing management with at least 7 years experience in similar post
- Knowledge of HR and administrative will be a plus
- Accountants (ES134):
Responsibilities:
- This is a junior management position in Finance and account department
- Bank reconciliation, preparing of management accounts, payroll, sundry finance and accounting reports under the direction of a general manager
Requirements:
- BSC or equivalent in accounting and a member of institute of chartered accountants with at least 5 years relevant working experience
- Kalmar Operators (ES135):
Requirements:
- Practical knowledge of Kalmar equipment
- At least OND in Engineering or technical discipline
- Readiness to work in any of the Nigerian sea ports within and outside Lagos and indicate port of preference in application
