MAINTENANCE MANAGER (new plant)
Responsibilities
- provide leadership and direction to ensure achievement of all functional accountabilities for plant maintenance
- understanding of good manufacturing practices in line with maintenance quality
- experience in application of both electrical and mechanical tools effective delivery
- problem solving, investigation and risk mitigation skills
- ability to motivate, educate, and interact with people at all levels and embark and completion of projects
- maintenance of standard in terms of execution, preventive of all machines and equipment
- mechanical diagnosis of bearing deterioration, poor gear assembling and motor alignment
-prepare start up for new equipment, monitor and maintenance and integrate safety into all maintenance
-hands on experience liquid and tablet manufacturing operation day to day troubleshooting, preventive and application of fail safe mechanism through knowledge of spare parts management and facility and equipment validation and maintenance of HY AC, water system

Requirements:
-HND/BSC in mechanical engineering with at least 10 years experience in a relevant post of which 5 years must be in plant maintenance as mechanical head or senior manager
-knowledge of wielding techniques, transmission, overhauling, vibration measurement, conveyor belt, auxiliary equipment etc
-computer literacy and valid driving licence
