1. HEAD, INTERNAL CONTROL UNIT
Reports to: CEO

Responsibilities:
- serve as chief Compliance officer with oversight responsibility for †ђξ audit unit, ensuring compliance with internal processes and procedures
- provide leadership, strategic direction and guidelines in †ђξ development of internal control framework and ensure that †ђξ framework addresses all risk areas and location
- coordinate external audit activities and ensure agreement with findings and points
- analyse financial status ratios, formulate projections for revenue and expenditure
- ensure compliance with all †ђξ regulatory bodies governing †ђξ industry
- ensure operation of policies in line with documented control
- ensure †ђξ maintenance of assest security
Requirements:
Degree in accounting, finance or related discipline with ACA, ACCA, ISACA and a post graduate will be a plus. Minimum of 8 years relevant experience with at least 3 years managerial capacity experience in an audit, insurance firm or bank
2. HEAD, LIFE MARKETER
Reports to head, life operations

Responsibilities:
- design and drive a new business development plan, retain existing business and effectively coordinate †ђξ marketing activities of †ђξ life arm
- develop marketing strategy and manage marketing programs and activities with †ђξ aim of exceeding set target
- negotiate premium rates with brokers, clients, reinsurers, etc
- drive customer satisfaction and increase †ђξ company’s market share in all sectors
- develop new products and enhance existing products and periodic review of market and competitor activities
-Generate revenue by ensuring increase in group and individual life portfolio
Requirements:
-Degree in Insurance, Actuarial science or related discipline with CII, CIIN and postgraduate degree will be an added advantage
- good knowledge of insurance regulatory policies and claims is essential
- at least 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity at an insurance firm
3. HEAD, MARKETING

-Drive †ђξ organisational growth agenda towards a larger market share, through massive business development and retention of existing businesses
- develop marketing strategy and manage marketing programs and activities with †ђξ aim of exceeding set target
- negotiate premium rates with brokers, clients, reinsurers, etc
- drive customer satisfaction and increase †ђξ company’s market share in all sectors
- develop new products and enhance existing products
- source and manage new distribution channels for †ђξ company’s products
Requirements:
-Degree in Marketing or related discipline with CII, CIIN and postgraduate degree will be an added advantage
- good knowledge of insurance regulatory policies and claims is essential
- at least 10 years relevant experience with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity at an insurance firm
4. MARKETER (PH and ONISHA)

Responsibilities:
- manage existing and new relationships with clients and ensure that annual personal and branch targets are met and premium is collected
- effectively manage all existing clients and generate new insurance business
- support †ђξ branch manager in achieving targets
Requirements:
- firse degree with CIIN, CII and at least 5 years experience in insurance marketing in †ђξ stated geographical territories and knowledge of insurance regulatory policies and claims is necessary
5. LIFE UNDERWRITER
Reports to head, life underwriting

Responsibilities:
- evaluate degree of risk involved in policy and take decisions on acceptability of †ђξ risks involved
- review individual applications and company records and advise on excessive or sub-standard risk
- provide technical support to †ђξ head life underwriting and ensure technical processes, procedures and documentation are carried out effectively
Requirements:
- degree in insurance, actuarial science or related discipline with CII, CIIN and minimum of 5 years life underwriting experience with knowledge of insurance regulatory policies and claims is essential
6. CREDIT CONTROL ANALYST
Reports to head operations

- work cohesively within †ђξ credit control team
- premium collection and prompt confirmation for †ђξ claims unit
- preparation of reports/schedules needed by external auditors or surveyors
Requirements:
- Degree in accounting, finance or related discipline and MBA and related postgraduate degree will be an added advantage
- ICAN, ACCA with at least 5 years relevant experience in a similar post in an insurance firm
7. SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

8. TECHNICAL ANALYST
Reports to head technical operations
Responsibilities:
-work in a team that ensures technical operations in †ђξ underwriting unit and provides excellent service to all clients
- prepare policy documents promptly and accurately and negotiates rates, terms and conditions for various insurance businesses
- keep track of renewals and follow up on premium from brokers/clients
Requirements:
Degree in insurance or relevant discipline with CII,CIIN and at least 5 years underwriting experience
9. TEAM LEAD, MARKETING

- lead a strategic drive for premium generation through effective coordination of team
- negotiates premium rates with brokers, clients and reinsurers
- substantial increase and management of client base in †ђξ designated marketing zone
Requirements:
- degree in actuarial science, insurance or relevant discipline, CIIN, CII and postgraduate degree will be an added advantage plus least 7 years relevant experience in general business marketing
10. HEAD, CLAIMS
Reports to chief operating officer
Responsibilities:
- consult business partner on issues requiring analysis of claim processes and impact on results
- analyse claims and information in order to provide insight into †ђξ business
- determine †ђξ value of cutting edge claim processes to help drive †ђξ next level of organisational improvement
- enforce an efficient system of adjustment and claims recovery
Requirements:
Degree in insurance or related discipline with at least 10 years diverse technical experience and minimum of 5 years in claims handling at a supervisory level with CII, CIIN membership
