First established in UK in 1919, separate national organisations have been set up in more than twenty eight countries, sharing †ђξ aim of improving lives of children through education, health care and economic opportunitIes as well as emergency aid in cases of natural disasters, war and conflict. In addition to promoting greater public awareness of †ђξ needs and rights of children worldwide, alliance members coordinate emergency relief efforts, helping to protect children from effects of disasters both natural and manmade. We also work with existing Food and Nutrition partnership forum to influence government and donors to bring †ђξ issue of malnutrition and poverty into †ђξ national agenda

1. STATE TECHNICAL ADVISOR – Katsina (5,000,000)
Responsibilities:
Strengthen †ђξ capacity of †ђξ State Nutrition Officer (SNO) and deputy, if applicable, in management, delivery and advocacy of cost effective malnutrition prevention and treatment interventions which include infant and young child feeding, community management of acute malnutrition, maternal and child health weeks
Requirements:
Minimum of BA in programme management, health and nutrition or related social science. Good programme management background with experience in managing health and nutrition programmes

2. DEPUTY DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS – ABUJA
Responsibilities:
Effectively and efficiently coordinate operations systems, processes and activities of field operations, logistics, IT, safety and security, strengthen management and planning of operations to ensure save †ђξ children in Nigeria delivers quality and timely programmes according to organisational strategy, donor requirements and within allocated budgets
Requirements:
Masters in operations and development management, humanitarian studies and business administration or relevant disciplines with 7 years experience in managing a large team and operations management and programme delivery including representation at a senior and international level

3. KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT MANAGER – Kano (N5,000,000)
Responsibilities:
Development and management of †ђξ M and E and communication strategies for †ђξ Northern Nigeria Nutrition Programme
Requirements:
Knowledge of M and E, media and communications, advanced training in quantitative methodologies, database management with minimum of 5 years experience in monitoring and evaluation related to one or more of: health, HIV, nutrition and economics

4. LOGISTICS MANAGER – Abuja
Responsibilities:
Coordination and management of all †ђξ logistics activities within †ђξ country of operation and provide support, capacity building and oversight to logistics staff in firld locations. She/he will also servea s †ђξ country security focal point and advisor to †ђξ Country Director and programme managers
Requirements:
At least 5 years experience in supply chain management in an emergency environment which include procurement, transport and distribution, fleet management, warehouse and stock management with proven experience of deceloping and implementing logistics policies, systems and procedures within INGO/NGO secrors

5. Safety and security adviser, National
Responsibilities:
Develop and ensure †ђξ systematic application of safety and security management policies and procedures in all of SCUK operational areas of Nigeria, assessment of threats and provisionof advice to manage risk; maintenance and updating of security guidelines and ensuring that field security working practices are robust and that all staff are aware of, trained in and adhere to security management policy, guidelines and standard operating procedures
Requirements:
At least 3 years experience in security management/leadership task in challenging or insecure environments with sound knowledge of personnel and organisational security issues, threat/risk assessment, security management and awareness and previous experience of working in a complex and challenging environment
