CREDIT CONTROL AND SALES ADMIN MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: – manage the depot finance officers and responsible for all relevant financial and accounting procedures, in accordenace with the company policy and procedures – monitor expendirure and ensure they areresonable and stay within budet and proper colletion, reconcilliation and banking of all monies received at the depots – ensure that all customers stay within their credit limit and comply with credit days policy – ensure only authorised credit are allowed in line with ompany policy and procedures and proper documentation and processing ordes and delivery notes – ensure proper management of petty cash at all depots
REQUIREMENTS: – BSC/HND in accountancy, business administration or ay social sciences with ACA/ACA a must – minimum of 3 years experience in finance, audit and credit ontrol with related working experience in a branch or depot shall be a plu – knowledge of computerised accounting packages or ERP tools prefably Tally and microsoft office skills, excel spread sheet in particular – excellent people management, interpersonal, supervisory, communication and report writing skills and ability to work as a team
