GROUP GENERAL MANAGER WANTED

A well established and fast growing group of companies based in Warri (Delta State) requires

1. GROUP GENERAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: – develop, plan, implement and constantly appraise the strategic direction, business activities and overall policy of the group, for peak business performance and maimum returns on investment – provide strategic and effective leadership and iretion for the management team and staff of the organisation – drive business development and mareting initiatives – manage effective relationship with all stakeholders of the group in order to ensure smooth business operations and positively impact on the group’s bottom line

REQUIREMENTS; – degree in businesss, finance or management science and MBA or related masters degree will be an added advantage – at least 7 years experience in a related business environment of which 3 years in senior/executive management level – proven record of excellent performance in eneral management and business turnaround, pratical expeience and competency in any one or a combination of the core businesses of the roup (marine, staff outsourcing and estate management) will be a plus – not more than 35 years of age
