- First degree/HND in any discipline with at least 3 to 4 years post NYSC experience
- Ability to read and write French language with ability to translate English language to French and vice versa
- demonstrate marketing, technical, presentation and communication skills
- Not more than 30 years of age and willingness to develop a career in the insurance industry
