ENGINEERING JOBS 1. ELETRICAL ENGINEERS: – BSC/HNDĀ  in electrical/electronic engineering or engineering technology from a reputable institution with at least 3 years experience in project management – ability to analyse omplex problems and assess possible solutions and explain design ideas clearly – excellent decision making, communication, people management, budgetary skills and ability to plan and priotise effectively – comprehensive understanding of electrical health and safety regukations – between 28 to 35 years of age

2. MECHANICAL ENGINEERS: – BSC/HNDĀ  in Mechanical engineering orengineering technology from a reputable institution with at least 3 years experience in project management – initiate action and take ownership of projects, achieving results and measurable outcome and willingnesss to take on chalenging tasks or assignments – build and maintain effective professional relationships with others and ability to learn quickly when facing new problems and use creativity to solve it – listen, translate, understand an anticipate customer needs and experience with machining equipments and techniques – experience in reading mechanical drawings and using drawing standards with computer software – ae between 28 to 35 years of ae

3. BUILDING SYSTEMS MAINTENANCE OFFICERS – ND/trade test in relevant discipline with at least 2 years experience in building maintenance – understanding of plumbing and air conditioning systems and electrical systems in buildings – organisational, time management skills and ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals – ability to work independently and in a team – age between 26 to 35 years

4. ACCOUNTANTS – BSC/HND in accounting with ICAN/ANAN will be a plus and 5 years experience in a reputable accounting/audit firm – mathematical, analytical, computer, organisation, time management, communications and business skills – accuracy and attention to detail with ability to explain technical financial information clearly – age between 28 to 35 years

5. ARCHITECTS – BARCH/MARH and NIA certificate will be a plus and at least 5 years experience in a reputable architectural industry – coordination and oversight of the construction documents and in house production team members coordination – effective management of different participating consultants and strategic and focused business perspetive – leadershi, staff management, site supervisory business skills – age between 28 to 35 years
