General requirements for the position:
Experience in teleco engineering company, telecoms vendot or ICT is preferred and is of top-priority
Degree in computer science, electrical or telecommunications engineering or related discipline
Good customer service orientation, communication skills, good team spirit and ability to work independently
Ability to work under pressure in all kind of working condition
Proficiency in micrsoft office suites and open to lean new skills and technology
Self motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and fluent in english both written and oral and must be goal oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a good team player
Ability to gather and analyse information and ready for international project to the other African countries
APPLICATION OPERATIION ENGINEERS
Responsibilities:
Establish operational methodology and process for application and service projects based on deep understanding ofmobile internet and telecoms VAS operations
Support service business development and service operation solution, business case development, commercial negotiation and communication
Dedicate in particular service operation work, provide operation plan and implement routine operation flow
Monitor and analyse service operation data, provide promotion suggestion, communicate with correlative team or department to coordinate operation flow
Support application projects in terms of delivery plan, key milestone assessment as well as project governance
Organize market promotion activities, provide promotion plan, managr promotion implementation and channels
Support financial and settlement work flow and effective communication with executive customers
Requirements:
At least 2 years in the marketing department of telecoms industry, internet company or VAS service provider
End to end service operation process understanding, content management and operation experience is preferred
Proven record for service business development
Familiarity with diversified new business model such as revenue sharing model pay as growth and WAC, Appstore, SDP technical platform and methodology is preferred
Experience in improvement, data analysis, content management or user market promotion is also preferred
Good english communications skills and result orientation, passionate and team spirit and global business management experience is preferred

ACCOUNT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Client communication, conflict resolution and compliance on client deliverables and revenue
Reviews all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
Ensure that client issues are dealth with in an efficient manner informing the Account Director or managing director of any problems that may arise
Owns the contracts and contract renewals for new work for an existing client
Works closely with project team in order to maintain continous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and opportunities within the project
Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met and the projects are profitable
Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involing the account director, senior sales team and product solution team
Understanding of company capabilities and service and effectively communicates all offerings to the client
Reports to the account director, providing regular input on all account activity including status and call reports on a weekly basis
Requirements:
Degree in engineering, communication or related course wit at least 4 years experience in project management/accounting
Detailed oriented, motivated, goal oreinted, persistent and a skilled negotiator with technical competence

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Responsibilities;
Manage business development opportunities for mobile internet business and telecoms VAS globally to expand the Huawei business footprint and volume
Act as a sales engagement adviser to local/regional team to develop compelling business solutions
Responsible for market trends analysis to identify potential threats, areas of opportunity, competitor strategy to decide the next logical moves in business expansion
Acknowledge local ICT service market, provide professional business solution according to survey and analysis result in local market
Meet with C-level executives to discuss on strategic level to influence their business requirement strategy and decision making to increase Huawei winning ratio
Assist the head of sales support to sharpen the mobile internet and telecom VAS hosted solution offerings and the sales management process
