PROJET MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: – Ensure that the entire project team including all other disciplines adhere to and deliver the projects to strict time, quality and cost benchmars including identifyin, priotizing, authorising, coordinating, managing, controlling, implementation and closing of projects, programs and related work to achieve specific project and business case objectives

REQUIREMENTS: – Degree in engineering or construction management from a reputable institution, membership of COREN, NIB, NIQS, NITP, NSE, NIA or any professional body of engineering – at least 10 years experience in project management some of whih in international large and complex multi execution centre projects and membership of chartered institute of project management or membership of any related regulatory body will be an added advantage – excellent organisational, leadership, time management, planning, budget control, negotiation, logical thinking, creative and communication sills are requires – knowledge of project management, engineering, contracts and procurement, commissioning, construction, projects controls, ris and interface management – understanding of engineering systems, engineering calculations, applications of engineering methods and applications of computer 2D and 3D CAD AND CAEto engineering problems
