HEAD OF OPERATIONS REQUIREMENTS: – BSC with at least second class in any discipline with ACA, ACCA, ACIB will be a plus with at least 5 years practical experience in banking operations or relate field – knowedge of the provision of BOFIA and the operational guidelines for microfinance bank is imperative
2.HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS: – BSC with at least second class in any discipline with at least 7 years experience in mareting and sales of financial products and services – understanding of marketing strategy implementation and excution is mandatory
3. INTERNAL CONTROL AND RISK OFFICE: REQUIREMENTS; – BSC/HND with at least second class in any discipline with ACA, ACCA, CISA will be a plus with at least 5 years practial experience in INSPETION/INTERNAL AUDIT/RISK MANAGEMENT IN A BANK
4. ACCOUNTANT REQUIREMENTS; – OND/HND/BSC in any disipline with at least 5 years experience in auditing, accountin and financial control with ACA, ACCA, ICAEW with relevant standards and guidelines for financial reporting is a must
5. MARKETING OFFICER (VARIOUS LEVELS) REQUIREMENTS; – OND/HND/BSC in any discipline with minimum of 2 years in sales and marketing of financial products and services in a microfinane bank setting – strong interpersonal and communication skillsv
6. TELLERS/CASHIER REQUIREMENTS; – At least OND in a business retaled discipline with at least 2 years relevant banking experience
7. OFFICE ASSISTANT; REQUIREMENTS: – At least SSCE/OND and minimum of 3 years related experience in a reputable company or bank. must be hard working and smart
8. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS at least SSCE and current professional class driver licence with minimum of 10 years experience and with be conversant with Lagos road
