1. CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER:
LAGOS
Responsibilities:
- develop and ensure †ђξ implementation of an effective marketing and sales plan for †ђξ organisation
- develop and implement a robust and effective marketing communications campaign for †ђξ organisation
- drive and coordinate all marketing activities nationwide and grow and sustain market share of †ђξ organisation

Requirements:
- first degree in any discipline with at least second class lower and MBA or post graduate in any managerial discipline
- at least 15 years post graduate experience of 8 years in a senior management position in †ђξ insurance or financial sector and a professional qualification in marketing will be an added advantage
- experience in †ђξ HMO will also be a plus
- strong oral and written communication, marketing and sales skills

2. MARKETING EXECUTIVES:
LAGOS, ABUJA, PH, OYO, EDO, KADUNA, ADAMAWA AND RIVERS
Responsibilities:
- sourcing for new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients
- arrange for meeting and presentations and development of healthcare products
- conduct regular market intelligence activities and achieve allocated sales revenue targets
- contribute to †ђξ development of †ђξ company’s marketing and sales plan

Requirements:
- BSC/HND second class lower or upper credit in marketing, social sciences or any management related courses with at least 3 years post qualification experience preferably in †ђξ HMO/insurance/financial services
- understanding of †ђξ operations of †ђξ NHIS will be a plus
- excellent presentation, communication, selling and customer relationship skills

3. CARE COORDINATORS
ABUJA, PH, OYO, EDO, KADUNA, NIGER, ADAMAWA and RIVERS

Responsibilities:
- develop and manage †ђξ organisation’s network of healthcare providers within †ђξ area of coverage
- monitor and coordinate †ђξ delivery of health services to all enrollees and provide health education to all enrollees
- carry out quality assurance activities and contribute to †ђξ development of health plans

Requirements:
- RN/RM or BSC in nursing with second class upper and diploma in administration or management will be a plus
- experience of †ђξ operations of NHIS and HMO industries will also be an added advantage

4. BRANCH MANAGER
Abuja, PH, KADUNA, NIGER and ADAMAWA
Responsibilities:
- general administration and oversee health care provider network development and management
- oversee care coordination, provide relations, claims administration and wellness programmes
- assist in †ђξ marketing of health care plans to private and public sector

Requirements:
- a medical doctor with MBBS or MBCHB with MBA or MPH will be a plus
- at least 5 years experience as a medical doctor of 2 years in acreditted health maintenance organisation

5. HEAD UNDERWRITING
Lagos
Responsibilities:
- review individual and group insurance coverage request and determine and meet re insurance needs
- work with actuaries to establish premiums and other charges
- liaise with various health specialist to conduct risk assessment exercises

Requirements:
- degree in actuarial sciences, insurance or related discipline with at least 10 years experience post NYS of which 5 years in managerial post
- post graduate qualification in actuarial, insurance, health management or relevant field with professional membership or certificates of insurance, actuarial sciences
- attendance of seminars, workshops and proficiency in †ђξ use of computer

6 ICT EXECUTIVe
Lagos
Responsibilities:
- report to †ђξ ICT manager
- database management and software development/support
- network administration and hardware support/management

Requirements:
- BSC in computer science, engineering or any ICT related courses with at least 3 years post graduate experience and professional certification will be a plus
