A fast growing company wishes to expand its operations into the baking industry requires the following personnel:
PRODUCTION/BAKERY MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Day to day production, ensure targets are met and ensure highest standards in hygiene and quality, food safety and sanitation for all products produced in the bakery are met
Requirements:
Managerial experience in FCMG industry and ability to manage people and management skills
HND/BSC food technology from a reputable institution with at least 5 years experience
Ability to lead, motivate and encourage team and work proactively to meet the demands and pressure of a fast growing industry
SALES REPRESENTATIVES
Responsibilities:
Finding and winning new customers and looking after existing customer accounts
Meet sales target and winning new business for the company
Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
Promoting new products and special deals
Provide feedback on sales trend
Requirements:
HND/BSC in marketing, business administration or related courses with at least 3 years experience
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work on own and also part of a team
Excellent communication and managerial skills
Good business sense and a professional manner
Confidence, motivation and determination
MAINTENANCE ENGINEER: graduate in electrical/electronic engineering with at least 5 years industry experience preferably in the bakery sector
SALES CLERK: OND in related discipline or equivalent professional experience with at least 3 years experience
SKILLED BAKERS: at least SSCE and 5 years industry experience ideally in the bakery industry
Responsibilities:
Using automated machinery for bread and roll production, cleaning of machinery, equipment storage areas and preparation
