1. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR; RESPONSIBILITIES; – oversee the day to day running of the organisation in line with the long term strategic vision of the board of diretors – ensure corporate governance principles and accountability – provie strategic leadership, direction and guidance in accordance for the organisation rtowards the achievement of macimum profitability and growth in line with the organisation vision and values as well as the implementation of business and investment strateies that will impat positively on the organisation’s bottom line
REQUIREMENTS: – First degree in economics, finance, business administration or related courses woth post graduate degreee in any business, finance or relate courses an at least 15 years post qualification experience of which 7 years must be in executive director/director position – strong knowledge of administration and financial management with good professional profile with excellent developments skills – excellent leadership, business management, interpersonal skills with proven record of measurabl results
2. PRINCIPAL (EXPATRIATE) REQUIREMENTS: – BSc/BA/BED/MED with at least 8 years related experience of which 3 years must be as a principal in a reputable school – understanding of american, nigerian and british curicullum and passion for working with children – energetic, hignly motivated, exceptional and ready to support the school into new and exciting future – strong interpersonal and persuasive skills and international working experience will be an added advantage
3, HEAD TEACHER REQUIREMENTS; – post graduate diploma in education/diploma in montesorri education and masters degree will be a plus – at least 3 years as head teacher in a reputable nursery and primary school with strong inderstanding of national curriculum from foundation years – creativity with excellent understanding of best educational pratices, passion and commitment to move the school forward – passion for children with even temperament and ability to work with little or no supervision – strong communication and interpersonnal skills
4. PUBLIC RELATIONS/MARKETING MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: – oversee the organisation’s marketin team in line with the strategic vision of the board of directors – strong commitment to improve on the organisation’s revenue generation strategy – develop and implement revenue and profitability plans
REQUIREMENTS: – BSC/HND in marketing or any related fiel with at least 7 years relevant experience of which 4 years in supervisory position and must be a certified member of related professional body – strong execution capacity an strong interpersonal relationship skills
5. CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER: RESPONSIBILITIES: – oversee the daily running of the organisation security team and provide required structure to ensure security of lives and properties within the organisation
REQUIREMENTS: – first degree in sociology, criminology an deviant behaviour or ay releted field and post graduate deree in any social science will be an added advantage – at least 10 years cognate experience of which 5 years in a managerial role and a professional certificate in security administration – strong leadership, interpersonal and proven track reord of measurable results in safety and security
6. EXECUTIVE DRIVER: REQUIREMENTS; – must have worked in areputable organisation with senior management – at last SSCCE with good spoken english with valid driving licence and have valid record of employment history
