1. PRINCIPALS – first degree in education, social sciences, pure sciences or the arts in addition to other professional certifications an masters deree will be an added advantage with at least 12 years experience in teaching and educational administration in reputable educational institution – must be very articulate, proactive, resourceful with a comely appearance and must be between 35 to 50 years of age

2. VICE PRINCIPALS – first degree in education, social sciences, pure sciences or the arts in addition to other professional certifications an masters deree will be an added advantage with at least 10 years experience in teaching and educational administration in reputable educational institution – age between 30 to 45 years

3. TEACHERS – first degree in education, social sciences, pure sciences or the arts in addition to other professional certifications an masters deree will be an added advantage with at least 5 years experience in teaching and educational administration in reputable educational institution – age between 25 to 55 years

4. SCHOOL LIBRARIAN – bachelor degree in library science with at least 3 years working experience in the library section of a reputable educational institution and must be competent in working independently as a school librarian

5. MUSIC TEACHERS – strong background in music and general education with ability to play piano and one other musical instrument and confidently direct the school’s orchestra
