OASIS realty ltd, a real estate development company involved with property management and maintenance requires top level, result oriented candidate for:

1. QUANTITY SURVEYOR

LOCATION ABUJA

REQUIREMENTS

-BSC/HND in quantity surveying from a recognized institution

- professional qualification will be added advantage

- at least 5 years’ experience in maintenance works and site supervision

- computer literacy and proficiency in relevant packages

- excellent communication and presentation skills and strong analytical and negotiation skills

- must not be more than 40 years of age
