INSURANCE BROKING FIRM VACANCIES
A leading insurance broking firm based in Lagos seeks:
- MARKETING EXECUTIVES
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and prospect generation
- Sales and marketing of insurance policies
- Manage renewal and provide customer service
- Prepare sales and marketing presentation
- Ensure clients are properly handed over to supervisor for follow up where necessary
- Offer assistance for prospective client meetings, presentation
- Proactively communicate on issues and obtain/present solutions to issues
- Quarterly liaison with clients to identify near opportunities and operational and policy changes
- CLIENT SERVICES EXEUTIVES
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Internal liaison with claims to pursue prompt claim settlement
- Perform all account research as necessary
- Assist senior client services team investigating client insights and experiences
- Update client information in the company’s database
- Offer assistance for engagement and consultation meetings, presentation
- Prepare all paper work and reports required for client meeting
- Handle all clients letters, debit notes and write proposals to prospective clients
- Work with regional offices on implementing client contact systems
- Administer client retention plans
- Manage renewal process
- Report on quality standards and involvements
- Obtain insurance quotes and complete applications as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- First degree in social sciences with at least second class lower. Professional membership of CIIN is a plus
- At least 3 years experience in selling insurance and financial products
- Must be between 25 to 35 years of age
- Valid driving license
- Ability to work independently in a target driven environment
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Experience in insurance technical operations is a plus
- Computer and MS office tools skills
- CLAIMS
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acknowledge in writing notification from the insured
- Register claim and allocate reference number
- Communicates claim to underwriters via phone call and written correspondence
- Request for relevant claim supporting documents from the insured
- Liaise with appointed adjuster/engineer for immediate investigation of claim
- Communicate with insurer reasons for rejection of claim if claim is rejected
- Forward discharge voucher to the insured for execution
- Forward settlement cheque to insured in final settlement of claim
- Prepare of overall monthly claim analysis
REQUIREMENTS
