- Report to the manager
- BPARM
- 1 year practical training
- Registered with PCN and interested in making career in community pharmacy chain
- COMMERCIAL MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report to the managing director
- Supervise sales and marketing activities
- Resolve contractual and commercial problems
- Offer direction and instruction
- Risk assessment and credit rating
- Review scrutinizing and develop operational process flows
- Ensure that the financial aspect and impact of a contract are clear to all parties
- Manage daily operations among others
REQUIREMENTS
- BSC in any core sciences, commercial or business related field
- MBA is a plus
- At least 8 years experience of which 5 years in managerial role
- Good management and organisational skills
- Good negotiating skills
- Capacity to be influential and amendable
- Solid industry networks
- Good problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
- Technical knowledge of import and distribution channels is a plus

RESPONSIBILTIES
- Report to the managing director
- Oversee all aspects of financial and accounting functions of the group
- Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends, long and short term policies of the company
- Liaise effectively with government agencies, regulatory authorities, bankers and professional advisers
- Maintain healthy relationship with other executive while leading a team of accounting officers
REQUIREMENTS
- BSC preferably in the sciences
- Member of ICAN with at least 8 years experience
- MBA is a plus
- Conversant with various accounting packages such as sage, excel, peach tree
