- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To increase business capacity by effectively marketing the company’s product to new and potential customers
- Increase the profitability of the company
- Actively seek out new and potential business
- Develop strategic business plan
- Identify new products and new markets
- Conduct extensive market research
- Develop a situation analysis of the company including strengths an weakness
REQUIREMENTS
- BSC in business administration, marketing or any social sciences
- MBA and membership of professional certificate is a plus
- 10 to 15 years related experience at a General Manager level in a public quoted company
- Proficiency in computer and MS office skills
- SALES OFFICER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Understanding of customers business and requirements
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Listening to customer requirement and presenting appropriately to make a sale
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationship with prospects, recommending solutions
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential markets
- Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
- Gather market and customer information
- Negotiate on price, cost, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
- Review your own sakes performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Review sales performance, aim to meet or exceed targets
- Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues
REQUIREMENTS
- BSC in business administration, marketing or any social sciences
- MBA and membership of professional certificate is a plus
- 5 years experience as a sales executive in manufacturing environment
- Computer literate
