PENSION FUND ADMINISTRATOR JOBS

A leading pension fund administrator fully committed to excellent service delivery seeks:

 

  1. HEAD RISK MANAGEMENT AND AUDIT (LAGOS) – REF: HR/001

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Review /establish a risk management framework.

-          Ensure compliance with control procedures.

-          Monitor investment risk profile.

-          Carry out regular audit exercise.

-          Ensure safety of funds and company assets.

-          Apply modern technology to streamline and last track assigned responsibilities.

-          Ensure adherence by all staff of the unit to continuously updated service process benchmarks and procedures to achieve departmental objectives.

 

CORE COMPETENCIES

-          In-depth understanding of modern Risk Management approaches as it applies to the pension Reform Act.

-          Sound knowledge of modern internal control processes methodologies.

-          Good written and oral communication skills.

 

REQUIREMENTS

-          B.Sc Accounting/banking & Finance, ACA, Additional Qualification will be an added advantage.

-          10 Years on the job experience, 5 years of which must be in a Management position. Preferably, a PFA work experience will be an added advantage.

  1. HEAD, BENEFIT ADMINISTRATION (LAGOS) – REF: HB/002

RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Ensure the management of the 3 critical processes in benefit administration

-          Demonstrate ownership and provide supervision for all the critical processes in benefit administration

-          Ability to respond to enquiries and queries from clients, management and regulatory bodies in the course of duties

-          Apply modern technology to streamline and last track assigned responsibilities.

-          Ensure adherence by all staff of the unit to continuously updated service process benchmarks and procedures to achieve departmental objectives.

 

CORE COMPETENCIES

-          Benefit admin processes management

-          Account reconciliation

-          Good written and oral communication skills

 

REQUIREMENTS

-          BSC in accountancy, social sciences or business related field with strong operation component

-          MBA or additional professional qualification is a plus

-          5 years experience in a PFA

 

  1. FUND ACCOUNTING OFFICER (LAGOS) – REF:FA/003

RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Superintend accounts for receipt of funds and investment of same and the growth of assets of various funds under management with competence in reconciling all issues in different aspects of fund reports, internal and external

 

CORE COMPETENCIES

-          In depth understanding of PFA manager

-          Financial analysis

-          Sound knowledge of fund valuation reporting

-          Good written and oral communication skills

 

REQUIREMENTS

-          BSC Accounting/banking & Finance, ACA, Additional Qualification will be an added advantage.

-          5 years experience of which 2 years in PFA
