ESTATE MANAGEMENT JOBS

1. 1.      ESTATE MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS

-          BSC/HND in estate management from a recognized institutions

-          At least second class lower division with related estate management experience

-          At least 5 to 7 years experience

-          Excellent communication skills, result oriented self driver

-          First rate administrator/human relations manager with some accounting exposure

-          Computer literate

-          Experience with management of labour unions/contract service providers

-          Diversified work force will be added advantage

1. WORK SUPERVISOR

REQUIREMENTS

-          BSC/HN in civil engineering

-          At least 3 to 5 years post graduate experience

-          Experience in maintenance culture, quantity survey and human relations interface is a plus

1. SECURITY SUPERVISOR

REQUIREMENTS

-          At least 3 to 5 years post graduate experience in security supervisory role

-          High integrity, human motivator with experience in crisis management and handling third party staff

-          Flexibility to interface with administrative duties
