- HEAD E SERVICE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reports directly to the MD
- Manage all self service channels including websites, databases and applications
- Initiates the formulation and implementation of IT strategies aimed at harnessing the advantages of the internet in delivering excellent service its far flung clientele
REQUIREMENTS
- At least first degree in related field. MBA is added advantage
- At least 10 years post graduation experience of which 5 years must be in E business
- Understanding of e business and demonstrate practical knowledge and skills needed to translate strategic organizational objectives into appropriate technological applications
- Effective team leader, critical in thinking and good communication skills
- HEAD OF INVESTMENTS
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reports directly to MD
- Manage and provide strategic direction for the investment unit of the company, including monitoring investments markets with respect to stated objectives, vetting all investment proposals and assisting in developing investment policies and processes
REQUIREMENTS
- Good first degree in economics, finance, accountancy or any related field. Masters in finance or MBA with specialization in financial management is a plus
- At least 10 years post graduation experience of which 5 years in financial environment
- Demonstrate practical knowledge of the money, capital and real estate markets, financial analysis and portfolio modeling and management
- Analytical and accounting skills
- Understanding of the legal and regulatory framework of insurance business and investments, asset management and strategic management within a IT driven environment
- Interpersonal, managerial and effective leadership skills
