RESPONSIBILITIES

-          In charge of pre-defined operation, maintenance, testing, adjustment, troubleshooting, proactive support and representation and technical assistance based on good engineering, manufacturing, installation, and operation practices as applicable to upstream oil exploration/production equipment and in accordance with contractual work scope requirements.

-          Responsibilities includes comprehensive job planning including all logistic, cooling, EHS and technical work, functioning as proactive interface between all functions of the company and customers, and coaching entry-level FSEs .

 

REQUIREMENTS

-          Strong command of English language written and verbal

-          Ability to understand engineering drawings and follow product related procedures

-          Proven electro mechanical and hydraulic experience

-          Computer skill operating system s, exposure to controls software

 

  1. WORKSHOP LEAD ENGINEER (Hardware)

RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Manage and control hardware production refurbishment and rental functions within the business unit while ensuring compliance with company QHSE systems, will also install, commission, maintain, manage workshops team, and train new personnel.

-          NHC/TC certification in mechanical engineering

-          Experience in hydraulic/mechanical systems

-          5years workshop experience and in-depth knowledge of workshop practices

-          Handle the timely maintenance of hydro-mechanical, electrical or electronics repair, testing and servicing of subsea controls equipment ensuring high product quality to achieve a high customer’s satisfaction index.

-          Responsible for production control equipment, WOC, drilling equipment, assembly, repair and factory acceptance testing, pressure testing and fluid sampling, and handling tasks relevant to core trade skills (tube fitting, electronic assembly, etc)

 

REQUIREMENTS

-          NHC/TC certification in mechanical engineering

-          3-5years workshop experience and in-depth knowledge of workshop practices

-          Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to interact with customers

-          Proactive team player with good fault finding skills

 

  1. WORKSHOP LEAD SERVICE ENGINEER (Controls)

  1. SSWE FIELD SERVICES ENGINEER

Eligibility: Nigerians/Expatriate

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

-          In Charge Of pre-defined operation, installation, maintenance, Testing, adjustment, troubleshooting, proactive support and representation and technical assistance based on good engineering, manufacturing, installation, and operation practices as applicable to upstream oil exploration/production equipment and in accordance with contractual work scope requirements.

-          Responsibilities includes comprehensive job planning including all logistic, cooling, EHS and technical work, functioning as proactive interface between all functions of the company and customers, and coaching entry-level FSEs, carryout rot cause analysis on incidents and present report-out and work on rotation of 28/28 or 42/14 or adhoc, with tendency to extend work shifts if required.

 

REQUIREMENTS

-          Good knowledge of English language and 5-10 years subsea offshore /land rig experience.

-          Completed requirement for entry and professional level FSE certification

-          Qualified as professional FSE in at least 2 product line

-          Demonstrated personnel management and leadership skills

-          Excellent customer relation skills

-          Serve as the primary customer interface on at least 3jobs

-          Lead pre-job preparation efforts and briefs and conduct post-job debriefing

 

  1. WORKSHOP TECHNICIAN (Hardware)

RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Test subsea equipment according to standard operation procedure in compliance with HSE and quality requirements, and oversee timely production and quality goods.

 

REQUIREMENTS

-          HNC/TC Certification in Mechanical Engineering

-          Strong Presentation and Oral/written communication skills

-          Excellent planning, organization, and risk assessment skills

-          Able to successfully adapt to changing demands and conditions

-          Problem solving, analysis and sound leadership skills

-          Ability to manufacture hydraulic systems from schematic drawings

-          Proficiency in MS Project Planning, Excel and Word

 

  1. FACILITY MANAGER/LEAD CPM

RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Accountable for functional, business and broad company objectives; serves as the initial point of contact for all matters relating to the CSA agreement; establish a working relationship with the customers; responsible for delivering high quality customer solution including new products, outage planning, parts, service and repairs; and deliver all aspects of Contractual Fulfilments in a timely and quality manner.

 

REQUIREMENTS

-          Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College, MBA a plus

-          8-10 years’ experience in Operations and Maintenance of power plants, preferably as a Field Service Engineer or Technical Advisor

-          5 years of Power Plant management experience

-          Certified as a Contract Performance manager

-          Valid driver’s license

-          Willingness and ability to submit to a physical, respiratory and hearing screening upon hire and wear all required personal protective equipment as needed

-          Willingness to be physically located at job site in Bonny Island, Nigeria
