- CHIEF OF PARTY
- Oversee a civil society strengthening program and will be the technical and administrative supervisor of all project activities
REQUIREMENTS
- Masters degree
- 10 years demonstrated experience in the successful implementation of international development activities`
- Past experience in awarding and managing grants to local organizations
- Demonstrated experience working in the sub Saharan Africa
- Knowledge of Nigerian culture, politics and economic contexts
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- DEPUTY CHIEF OF PARTY (DCOP)
- Provides oversight of program planning, monitoring and evaluation and quality, grant administration
- Program staff recruitment
- Deployment and development
- Building and maintenance relations with government officials, USAID personnel and civil society leaders to ensure program goals are met
- Masters degree with 7 years demonstrated experience in the successful implementation of international development activities
- Past experience in awarding and managing grants to local organizations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- MONITORING AND EVALUATION MANAGER
- Responsible for establishing and implementing an effective system to monitor progress, impacts and success of project activities and performance at all levels
- Monitor all grant activities and sub grantees and ensure that the project complies with USAID performance reporting requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years experience designing, managing and implementing results based M&E activities
- Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
