REAL ESTATE CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

An integrated real estate firm with about a decade experience in property development and construction with corporate office in Lagos seeks:

  1. FACILITY MANAGER – FM 001

RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Report to the head of project development

-          Develop, manage and implement the facility management strategy for the organization

-          Coordinate daily facility management operations

-          Develop and define the facility management policies for the organization

-          Develop, interpret, champion and communicate the relevant facility management process and procedures

-          Develop and manage all service level agreements

-          Facility inventory planning and management

-          Manage all contractual third party maintenance relationships

-          Manage the delivery of services

-          Preventive maintenance of all the estate facilities

-          Procurement and contract management

-          Develop and manage estate management and maintenance programs

-          Appointment and management of third party service providers

-          Manage all house maintenance staff

REQUIREMENTS

-          First or/and second degree in any construction related field eg architecture, mechanical and electrical engineering, facilities management, estate management or building

-          Masters degree in facility management is a plus

-          Membership of any RIBA, NSE, IFM, RICS, NIESV is a plus

-          At least 8 years related facility management experience with at least 3 years at management level

-          Hands on facilities management

-          Excellent written and oral communication skills

  1. ASSISTANT MANAGER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – AMBD001

RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Report to head of business development and strategy

-          Assist with concept initiation, design and development of projects

-          Prepare financial evaluation, feasibility reports

-          Prepare business case and or investment document

-          Monitor the real estate markets and evaluate quality value adding real estate business opportunities for the company

-          Assist with the development of high level costing and financing scenario to determine the viability of each opportunity identified

-          Pre development management

-          Develop and maintain a project proposal database

-          Manage customer/client relationships

-          Provide support to marketing and project development teams

-          Develop and build relationships with financial, technical and operating partners

-          Develop and maintain detailed real estate database

REQUIREMENTS

-          BSC in business or social sciences
