- 6 years practical experience in a road construction industry
- Must be a registered member of various professional bodies

REQUIREMENTS
- BENG/BTECH/HND in civil engineering
- 15 years experience in road construction work
- Must be COREN registered
- Holders of second degree in civil engineering will be an added advantage
- PROJECT ENGINEER

- BENG/BTECH/HND in civil engineering
- 12 years experience in road construction work
- Must be COREN registered

- CIVIL ENGINEERS
REQUIREMENTS
- BENG/BTECH/HND in civil engineering
- 10 years experience in road construction work
- Must be COREN registered
- Holders of second degree in civil engineering will be an added advantage
- PLANT ENGINEERS
REQUIREMENTS
- BENG/BSC/HND in mechanical engineering with automobile option of full technological certificate of London Institute or its equivalent
- 10 years field experience
- Experience in earthmoving, equipment including bulldozer, grader, wheelloader, rollers, paver, mobile crane and other CAT equipment
- AUTOMOBILE ENGINEERS
REQUIREMENTS
- BENG/HND in mechanical engineering with automobile option or full technological certificate of London Institute or its equivalent
- 8 years experience
- OND in mechanical engineering or its equivalent with at least 12 years practical experience may be considered
- Must be familiar with mack and actross trucks
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good management skills
- ASPHALT AND CRUSHER PLANT ENGINEERS
REQUIREMENTS
- BSC/BENG/HND in mechanical and electrical engineering
- 5 years field experience with good knowledge of mechatronic devices
- OND in mechanical/electrical engineering or its equivalent with at least 12 years practical experience may be considered
- ASPHALT ANDD CRUSHER PLANT TECHNICIAN AND OPERATORS
REQUIREMENTS
- OND in mechanical and electrical engineering
- 5 years field experience with good knowledge of mechatronic devices
- LAND SURVEYORS
REQUIREMENTS
- BSC/HND in land survey or its equivalent
- 10 years experience
- Registered land surveyor with SURCON will be added advantage
