  1. GENERAL MANAGER, STANDARDS AND LICENSING

RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Daily management of the department and oversight of the staff

-          Develop quality standards for the development and maintenance of tourism products, infrastructure and amenities at international standards

-          Ensure implementation of such standards

-          Develop policies, operating manuals and procedures for the department and industry

-          Establish the process for training and talent development for industries and licensing tour operators

REQUIREMENTS

-          BSC in business administration, law, hospitality or a related field

-          At least 8 years experience of which 4 years in quality control for an organisation or industry

-          Strong knowledge of tourism industry

-          Strong knowledge of best practices in tourism

  1. GENERAL MANAGER, RESEARCH AND PLANNING

RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Provide research related support as requested by MD

-          Daily management of research department and oversight of staff

-          Present research finding as required to the Board of Directors and industry stakeholders

-          Ability to develop policies and operating manuals and procedures for the department

-          Oversee implementation an administration of such policies and procedures

-          Monitor trends and new developments in the tourism industry related to regulations

REQUIREMENTS

-          BSC in economics, business administration or MSC statistics or related field

-          Masters degree in business administration

-          At least 8 years work experience of which 4 years in management in research related field

-          Practical experience in policy, industry and market analysis

-          Excellent research and analytical skills

-          Good organizational, leadership and supervisory skills

-          Excellent communication skills

  1. MANAGER, RESEARCH AND STATISTICAL ANALYST

RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Ability to develop or apply mathematical or statistical theory and methods of collect, organize, interpret and summarize numerical data to provide usable information

-          Ability to analyze and interpret statistical data to identify significant differences in relationships among sources of information

-          Evaluate the statistical methods and procedures used to obtain data to ensure validity, applicability, efficiency and accuracy

-          Evaluate sources of information to determine any limitations in terms of reliability and usability

-          Plan data collection methods for specific projects to determine the types and sizes of sample groups to be used

REQUIREMENTS

-          BSC in statistics, economics or related field

-          At least 4 years research related work experience in corporate organisation

-          Ability to design and execute multiple research projects simultaneously

-          Excellent research and analytical skills

-          Good organizational, leadership and supervisory skills

-          Excellent communication skills

  1. MANAGER, CORPORATE PLANNING AND STRATEGY

RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Provide strategies for current and future growth of the organisation

-          Suggest changes or improvements to current business plans, policies and procedures

-          Review current and future financial needs and forecasting future economic and consumer trends

-          Ability to perform appropriate analysis on the information and trends both qualitative and quantitative

-          Assist the GM research and planning in working out the short and long term implications for the group businesses in terms of potential threats and opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

-          BSC in economics, business management or social or management sciences

-          MBA will be added advantage

-          At least 4 years related experience in corporate strategy and planning

-          Strong analytical and quantitative skills

-          Ability to multitask and effectively manage time

-          Self motivated and ability to work independently

-          Excellent oral and written communication skills

    MY GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS FLIGHT DISPATCHER

    Flight operation officers (Flight Dispatcher) Helicopter Landing Officer’s Duties. During my duties I ensure that at least one hour before the scheduled departure of a flight:

    I) Collect the latest meteorological data from the concerned agencies and thoroughly analyse the possible effects of the weather on the route to be flown in the light of meteorological reports and forecasts for the destination and alternate aerodromes; recent weather reports and forecasts for the route and areas adjacent to it; and current weather maps;

    ii) Collect the latest available data on standard instrument departures, en- route facilities, noise abatement operational procedures, navigation aids, aerodrome facilities, ATC and communication procedures, NOTAM, runway conditions, search and rescue facilities and other information and regulations likely to affect the flight and brief the flight crew as required.

    iii)Prepare an operational flight plan consistent with standard instrument departures, noise abatement operational procedures, ATC regulations and the regulations of all the States to be overflow for the consideration of the pilot-in-command;

    iv) If empowered to do so by the operator, to delay or cancel the flight or otherwise decide on a possible route or alternative routes which may be flown safely and in accordance with company procedures and standards, taking into account likely weather conditions at the destination and alternate aerodromes; en-route weather; and the maximum fuel load possible.

    v) Provide the meteorological briefing to the flight crew.

    vi) Brief the crew on the route analysis and the operational flight plan bringing to his notice the factorsthat have influenced the choice of route;

    vii) Furnish the pilot-in-command with all latest available information on the route to be flown;

    viii) Obtain the Pilot-in-command’s signed concurrence with the operational flight plan;

    ix) Prepare and file the ATC flight plan.

    x) Any other functions deemed necessary for the safe operation of the flight

    xi) General flight statistics and documentation

    xii) Other duties enlisted in the Company’s Operation Manual.

    Other Responsibilities
    Check in all outbound personnel
    Confirm all identities and match to passenger manifest.
    Escort all passengers through security screening
    Ensure all passengers have been through the Safety Briefing
    Ensure all passengers have been issued their PPE gear and are wearing it properly.
    Ensure all passengers are ready to fly 20 minutes prior to flight time.
    In case of multiple flights per day ensure all passengers are ready to fly prior to the arrival of the helicopter.
    Ensure all freight is documented and properly packaged and ready to load in the helicopter as per the Helicopter Vendors requirements.
    Maintain a good working relationship with the Helicopter Vender and any Government Agencies present at the Heliport.
    Ensure all passengers are well behaved and report and document all unruly passengers.
    Do not allow any passengers that seem impaired for any reason to board the flight without authorization from the Logistics Manager.
    Ensure all flight times and manifests are sent to the rig prior to the departure of the helicopter.
    Confirm the weather report has been received in a timely manner.
    Supervisor will be the companies Logistics Manager located in One Port
