MSH prevention organizational system AIDS care and treatment project (proACT) is a USAID funded project managed by management sciences for health MSH

 

  1. CLINICAL HIV/AIDS SPECIALIST

LOCATION: KEBBI STATE

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Provide leadership to the state program in building a network of clinical HIV services PITC, PMTCT, enrolment into palliative care/continuum of care, referral to community care services

-          Follow up of clients on ART and TB treatment and PMTCT mother baby pairs and link them with the community care services

-          Provide technical input in the development of an integrated state Pro ACT project plan in collaboration with the directors, advisors and state teams

-          Take lead in the establishment of comprehensive HIV/AIDS and TB care and treatment services in the state network with other state government, CSO and community partners in the state to establish a functional referral system for clients between clinical and community based HIV/AIDS services

  1. MONITORING AND EVALUATION SPECIALIST

LOCATION: KEBBI STATE

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Project depends largely on accurate, complete and timely reporting of achievements to PEPFAR/USAID

-          Achievement of set targets is of utmost important

-          Provide technical leadership in the roll out of MSH pro ACT M&E plan in the state integrating it with other health systems and generating strategic data for program management, reporting an documentation of best practices

-          Spreadhead the roll out of MSH pro ACT M&E plan in line with PEPFAR and national reporting requirements

-          Serve as member of the state project management team responsible for overall project performance

  1. LABORATORY SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

LOCATION; KEBBI STATE

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Provide technical leadership and management of the project state laboratory program in a manner that strengthens state government ownership and leadership of continuous lab improvements and leads to sustainable HIV/AIDS prevention and control efforts

-          A post graduate degree in medical laboratory with at least 5 years technical working experience in an automated HIV/AIDS laboratory and demonstrable capacity to operate a CD4, hematology and chemistry automated equipment
