1. ACCOUNTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of accounting structures and documentation
- Compilation of monthly account reports
- Management of project accounts
- Production of income and expenditure accounts, balance sheets
- Analysis of credit and loan accounts
- Operation of the staff pay roll system
- General office administrative support
- Strategic planning of financial initiatives and policies
REQUIREMENTS
- Good knowledge of computer
- Professional qualification in related field
- Knowledge of professional accounting software
- Project management experience and use of project management software
- Experience working with multimillion naira portfolio accounts
- Degree in related field
- At least 5 years work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and administer the various aspects of the role effectively
2. OPERATIONS MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee general management of the organization
- Provide periodic reports to the board on administrative and financial affairs
- Management and monitoring of ongoing projects and project schedules
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow portfolio of assets and services
- Serve as a spokesperson and ambassador for the brand
REQUIREMENTS
- Masters degree in related field
- Work experience and education from international organization/institution
- Professional knowledge of the hospitality, travel and tourism industry
- Project management experience
- Good knowledge of computer
- First degree in related field
- At least 5 years experience in managerial role
- Documented entrepreneurial and marketing skills
- Exceptional leadership skills and ability to motivate individuals to work as a team and achieve corporate goals
- Warm and friendly personality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and administer the various aspects of the business effectively
