A fast growing microfinance bank in Kwara state seeks:

1m managing director

Responsibilities
- head of the management team and report to the board of directors
- oversee the general operation and management of the bank

Requirements
- BSC/HND in any business related field with at least 8 years post qualification experience of which 5 years in banking or related financial organisation
- certification in microfinance will be added advantage

2. Head of operations

Responsibilities
- setting up supervision for the various units of the operation including provision of operational planes, development of operational policies and procedures
- oversee system implementation and providinf functional banking and operational support for the achievement of business goals and treasury management of the business

Requirements
- BSC/HND in any business related field with at least 5 years post qualification experience of which 3 years in banking or related financial organisation

3. Financial controller

Responsibilities
- develop and implement the bank’s financial control policies, supervision and management of the credit and risk portfolio

Requirements
- BSC/HND in any business related field with at least 5 years post qualification experience of which 3 years in banking or related financial organisation

4. Risk officer

Responsibilities
- assist the financial controller in management of risk and credit portfolio with zero tolerance

Requirements
- BSC/HND in any business related field with at least 3 years post qualification experience of which 2 years in risk management related role
