1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (REF: BDM 01)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reports directly to the CMO/CEO
- Responsible for creating innovative marketing strategies that will build client’s brand
- Develop a marketing plans that will aggressively pursue target market share in the different areas of the economy
- Ability to understand changing market dynamics and translating them into actionable strategies to achieve company marketing objectives
- Meet specified target plan by improving sales call plan and increasing account base
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate with masters degree with specialisation in marketing will be added advantage
- 5 to 15 years marketing/sales/business development experience in an ICT company

2. WINDOW/NETWORK ENGINEER (REF: WNE01)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, configure, support and administer MS windows NT and any other future windows technology servers
- Configure an administer citrix meta frame 1.8 server
- Perform system/network exploitation and optimization so as to enhance performance and effective monitoring

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in engineering/science with masters degree with specialization in computer science or engineering will be added advantage
- 5 to 10 years experience in a similar role and must be CCNA/MCSE certified

3. SOFTWARE ENGINEER E – BUSINESS SOLUTION (REF NO. EBS)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support for off the shelf customized or in house developed application within SLA time frame
- Participate in planning, designing, evaluation and installation of software upgrades
- Reports developing reports from existing application based on user requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in engineering/science with masters degree with specialization in computer science or engineering will be added advantage
- Ability to design and maintain web application in PHP, dotnet and java languages
- 5 to 8 years experience in an ICT company
4. MARKETER (REF NO: MAR01)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive growth through revenue generation
- Research and report on external opportunities
- Customer relationship management
- Develop marketing strategies and plans
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate, masters degree with specialization in marketing will be added advantage
- 4 years in marketing/sales/business development experience in an ICT company
