  1. BRAND GROUP MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

–          To lead marketing teams and 3rd Party agencies in insight based brand development and market domination strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

–          Proven ability to lead marketing teams in brand activity planning, achieving brand targets, and providing fact based actionable evaluations. Excellent brand propositions and strategy formulation capability is key.

–          Minimum of 8 years proven experience in the brand development/marketing function of a FMCG or a reputable agency/company

–          Strong communication skills, delivering presentations at Board Levels.

–          Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, or MBA from a reputable institution.

  1. BRAND MANAGER

RESPONSIBILTIIES

–          To develop, execute, monitor, and evaluate brand activity plans.

–          Implement above and below the line programs such as consumer and trade promotions, events, design and production of POS materials and merchandising.

REQUIREMENTS

–          Proven ability in brand activity planning, achieving brand targets, and evaluations.

–          Minimum of 5 years proven experience in the brand management/marketing function of a FMCG or a reputable agency/company.

–          Strong communication and strategic marketing skills, good presentation skills and solution-minded personality.

–          Minimum of BSC/HND at least 2nd Class Upper from a reputable institution.

  1. RESEARCH MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

–          To support brand decision making through the use of qualitative and quantitative research methods to provide actionable insights

REQUIREMENTS

–          Proven initiatives and ability in production of brand performance reports, competitor analysis, consumer attitudes and trends

–          Minimum of 5 years experience as a research manager in the marketing function of a FMCG or a reputable agency/company.

–          Strong numeracy and communication skills, effective presentation skills and solution-minded personality.

–          BSC/HND in Market Research, Marketing, Statistics or Business Administration from a reputable institution.

  1. NEW PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENT/PROJECT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

–          To lead cross -functional teams in development of new brands, product variants and re-development of current brands from brief to launch plan, on budget and on time

REQUIREMENTS

–          Proven ability in converting consumer insights and market opportunities into profit

–          Minimum of 5 years proven experience in the product development function of a FMCG or a reputable company.

–          Strong communication and niche market development skills, and a passionate/enthusiastic personality.

–          Minimum of BSC/HND at least 2nd Class Upper from a reputable institution.

  1. SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

–          To use the platform of social media to increase brand awareness, market visibility, traffic generation and enhance e-commerce capabilities

REQUIREMENTS

–          Proven ability in digital marketing, website content creation, and market visibility on internet social platforms

–          Minimum of 7 years proven experience in internet marketing and website development of a reputable company.

–          Strong communication and niche market development skills, and a passionate/enthusiastic personality.

–          Minimum of BSC/HND at least 2nd Class Upper from a reputable institution.

  1. EVENTS AND MEDIA RELATIONS MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

–          To lead the execution of corporate, consumer and trade events for the conglomerate, and manage media relations to support the delivery of corporate and brand communications strategies

REQUIREMENTS

–          Proven ability in digital marketing, website content creation, and market visibility on internet social platforms

–          Minimum of 7 years proven experience in internet marketing and website development of a reputable company.

–          Strong communication and niche market development skills, and a passionate/enthusiastic personality.

–          Minimum of BSC/HND at least 2nd Class Upper from a reputable institution.
