  1. CALL CENTRE AGENTS – YOUNG FEMALES

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Receive in bound calls

-          Customer delight

-          Resolve customers’ queries/complaints over the phone

-          Provide products information and advice to customers

 

RREQUIREMENTS

-          HND in any field

-          Must have completed NYSC

-          Not more than 30 years

-          Excellent communication and English command skills

-          Ability to speak Hausa is added advantage

-          Friendly disposition, charming character and amiable personality
