1. PROJECT MANAGER

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Coordinate work and workers on construction sites

-          Develop schedule work

-          Monitor projects

 

REQUIREMENTS

-          HND/BSC in civil engineering or building technology

-          At least 10 years experience on large construction projects

-          Not more than 40 years of age

-          People management skills

-          Understanding of autocad and MS project

 

1. HUMAN RESOURCES/ADMIN MANAGER

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Staff recruitment and induction

-          Staff performance management and training

-          Staff relations and welfare matters

-          Maintain employee files and HR filing system

-          Do daily efficient operations on HR administration

 

REQUIREMENTS

-          HND/BSC

-          Between 30 to 45 years of age

-          At least 10 years experience in HR admin of which 4 years in the construction industry

-          CIPM is a plus

-          Understand accepted HR practices, procedures and principles

-          Computer literate

 

1. CARPENTRY SUPERVISOR

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Set up and run workshop

-          Manage the making of required furniture

-          Supervise workers to ensure high quality of furniture

 

REQUIREMENTS

-          At least 15 years of age

-          Between the ages of 35 to 45 years

-          Educated and smart
