  1. INTERNAL AUDIT SENIOR (REF: FLIAS)

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

-         Report to the Head of Internal Audit

-          Accountable for information systems audit including audits of computer applications and technological solutions

-         Take part in planning audit engagements including the development of programs of audit testing and evaluation

-         Implement the audit process on computer applications and accurately interpret results against defined criteria in accordance with professional standard

-         Use internal control concepts in information technology processes and appropriately assess the exposures resulting from ineffective or missing practices.

 

REQUIREMENTS

-         BSC in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or Economics from a reputable institution with  professional qualification

-         At least 6 years relevant audit experience of which 3 years in a reputable insurance company.

-         Excellent analytical and reasoning ability with communication and people management skills

-         Computer literate

 

  1. BROKERS RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS (REF: FLBRM)

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

-         Report to the Head of Corporate Distribution

-         Accountable for marketing and selling of insurance products through insurance brokers and directly to institutional and corporate clients, both in private and public sector

-         Meet client satisfaction and assisting with ensuring the financial performance of the company’s targets

-         Create and implement brokers’ distribution strategies that deliver products and services to meet customer and shareholders expectations

-         Build and implement sales strategies in line with the company’s objectives

-         Provide market and competitor research and analysis with a view to propelling the company’s products and services to the top of the market.

 

REQUIREMENTS

-         BSC in any field of study from a reputable institution

-         Higher degree or relevant professional qualification is a plus

-         At least 5 years relevant experience of which 2 years in a reputable insurance company

-         Computer literate

-         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

 

  1. ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER (REF: FILAO)

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

-         Report to the Head of Finance and Administration

-         Accountable for the management of services and processes that support the core business of the Company

-         Make sure that the company has the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities

-         Organize, coordinate and prepare budget for facilities management.

-         Monitor procurement, maintenance & upgrades of furniture, utilities, computers, security systems & signage for the overall facility.

-         Implement policies & procedures for events and coordinate activities for the company

-         Make sure facilities meet needs of multiple individual projects.

-         Coordinate facility usage, operations, equipment maintenance, etc.

 

REQUIREMENTS

-         BSC in any field of study from a reputable institution.

-         Higher degree or relevant professional qualification is a plus

-         At least 6 years relevant experience of which 2 years in a reputable insurance company

-         Computer literate

-         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

 

  1. RETAIL DISTRIBUTION MANAGERS (REF: FLAHRD)

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

-         Reporting to the Head Retail Distribution

-         Responsible for alternative channel of Distribution

-         Design alternative retail distribution outlets

-         Supervise and move the sales force for retail  alternative sales channels (Brokers,  Microfinance, Subsidiaries, franchise etc)

-         Monitor the marketing activities of all marketers arising from agreements reached with other Sales channels

-         Develop avenues to increase the productivity of the sales force

 

REQUIREMENTS

-         BSC or equivalent from reputable institution and relevant professional qualification

-         Higher degree or relevant professional qualification is a plus

-         At least 6 years relevant experience of which 3 years in a reputable insurance company

-         Computer literate

-         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
