- Detailed BOQ civil and MEP works
- Site measurement, and accountable for periodic and regular reconciliation of materials
- CIVIL ENGINEER – FINISHING AND QUALITY
- BSC in civil engineering
- Computer literate
- At least 5 years experience
- Detailed BOQ civil and MEP works interpretation
- Ability to supervise high end finishing works, tiling, painting, glazing, carpentry, wet and dry wall cladding, ACP works
- AUTO CAD DRAFTSMAN – CIL AND MEP
- Certified auto CAD draftsmen preferably diploma in civil engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience
- Autocad and computer literate
- Ability to generate drawing for residential, commercial and industrial projects
- SITE SUPERVISORS
- At least 8 years experience
- Certified supervisors
- Ability to supervise work, planning for appropriate materials and resource, equipment and man power for the scheduled work
- Resolving work men site issues
