  1. FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – BAUCHI, BORNO, YOBE, JIGAWA

-          Accountable for the provision of accounting, administrative, and logistical support services to the state office.

 

REQUIREMENTS

-           University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business administration

-          Experience with administrative and secretarial skills

-          Sound interpersonal, communication, organization and accounting skills

-          Experience with large complex organization is required, familiarity with international NGOs preferred

 

  1. TECHNICAL OFFICER, LOGISTICS – ABUJA

-          Development of FHI 360 in-house capacity among the various departments, implementing agencies (IAs) and all tiers of government in all aspects of distribution and warehousing of health commodities

-          Provide technical support and leadership to Nigeria’s efforts to strengthen the supply chain process of health commodities, using the LMIS supply chain management information system, to reduce stock-outs, lower costs and eliminate wastage

 

REQUIREMENTS

-          MPH or MS/MA in relevant degree with at least 3- 5 years post national youth service experience with at least 1 year experience in managing a PSM cycle, including rational health commodities selection, forecasting/quantification, quality assurance spanning the PSM cycle, warehousing/storage, distribution, and LMIS

-          Or BS/BA in logistics, pharmacy or relevant field with 5 to 7 years post national youth service experience managing a PSM cycle, including rational health commodities selection, forecasting /quantification, quality assurance spanning the PSM cycle, warehousing/storage, distribution, and LMIS

-          Understanding of Nigerian public sector health system and NGOs and CBOs is a must

 

 

  1. ASSISTANT TECHNICAL OFFICER, MONITORING AND EVALUATION – BORNO STATE

-          Enter program data into the FHI 360 data management software for subsequent analysis; identifies and follows up missing data; undertakes basic validation checks, and stores and disseminates data and hardcopy files as appropriate

-          Keeps track of received data and source documents

-          Prepares and sorts source documents, and identifies and interprets data to be entered.

 

REQUIREMENTS

-          BS/BA in statistics, pharmacy, microbiology, monitoring and evaluation or in relevant degree with 1 year relevant experience in Monitoring and Evaluation or data management

-          Understanding of Nigerian public sector health systems and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable

-          Knowledge of Nigerian clinical setting with government and non government settings

 

  1. TECHNICAL OFFICER, MONITORING AND EVALUATION – BORNO STATE

-          Implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities for the state office

-          Work with others in the state office and local implementing partners to ensure that state monitoring and evaluation activities are appropriate and meet the donor and project’s M&E needs

 

REQUIREMENTS

-          MB.BS/MD/PHD or similar degree with 1 to 3 years relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation with a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS with provision of PMTCT and anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in resource constrained settings

-          Or MPH or MS/MA in relevant degree with 3 to 5 years relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation with a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS with provision of PMTCT and anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in resource constrained settings

-          Or BS/BA in statistics, pharmacy, microbiology, monitoring and evaluation or  in relevant degree with 5 to 7 years relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation with a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS with provision of PMTCT and anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in resource constrained settings.

-          Understanding of Nigerian public sector health systems and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable

-          Clinical management and training experience and ability to understand full range of issues the clinical management of HIV/AIDS of ART

 

  1. STATE PROGRAM OFFICER – YOBE STATE

-          Manage support to the state office and focus on work plans, sub agreement management, periodic fund requests review of MFR/SFR and reporting

-          Build execution of systems for implementation, initiation, monitoring and amendment

 

REQUIREMENTS

-          BS/BA in public health, business administration, health sciences, behavioral sciences or its recognized equivalent with 7 – 9 years of relevant experience with international development programs

-          Or MS/MA degree in public health, business administration, health sciences, behavioral sciences or its recognized equivalent with 5 – 7 years relevant experience with international development program

-          Knowledge of designing and implementing public health/international development programs funded by US government or other international donors

 

  1. SENIOR FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER – BORNO, TARABA AND YOBE STATES

-          Responsible for financial accounting and management practices and procedures in assigned projects are consistent wand the respective donors, as well as perform appropriate payment previews to ensure that they are adequately supported, allocated, valid and incompliance with specific donor rules and regulations amongst other functions

 

REQUIREMENTS

-          B.Sc in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration or  recognized equivalents, with 5-7 years relevant experience

-          M.Sc in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration with 3-5 years relevant experience

-          At least 3 years supervisory experience in office management and administration

-          CPA, ACA, ICAN, CIMA, CFE or any other  relevant professional qualification is required

-          Experience in managing financial records of donor-funded organizations, and familiarity with donor and local contractual procedures

 

  1. ACCOUNTANT – BORNO, YOBE, JIGAWA STATES

-          Report to senior finance and administrative officer

-          Accountable for accounting/finance and administration for the state officer

-          Compliance with the contractual financial requirement of the project

 

REQUIREMENTS

-          BSC in accounting, finance and business administration

-          CPA, ACA, ICAN

-          At least 3 years experience in accounting related NGO and community levels programs

-          Knowledge of USAID funded programs and NGO in Nigeria

 

  1. SAFETY AND SECURITY OFFICER – BAUCHI, EDO STATES

-          Work closely with the state program manager and senior finance and administrative officer in the state to ensure FHI 360 program and assets remain safe and secure from threats

 

REQUIREMENTS

-          Formal security qualification

-          At least 3 to 5 years security management experience in complex environments within Nigeria

-          Experience of personnel and organizational security issues, threat/risk assessment, security management

-          Knowledge of reporting, incident mapping, compilation of security reports and assessments

-          Computer literate

-          Strong humanitarian knowledge
