NGO jobs at ABT associates for an Accountant June 28 2013 : ABT Associates seeks a qualified candidate to support the general operations of the HFG Nigeria team in Abuja.


H/She will work under the supervision of the Senior Technical Advisor and Finance and Administration Manager to oversee and manage all office procedures and other tasks as assigned by the staff which include

  • Oversee the general office coordination
  • Ensuring confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency information
  • Receive phone calls and transfer to appropriate staff member
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and mail
  • Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences
  • Assist with overall maintenance of the organization and its offices


  • Minimum of 3 years experience in general office responsibilities and procedures
  • Knowledge of computer
  • Excellent writing, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work well alone or part of a team
  • Ability to operate standard office equipments including computers, telephone systems, calculators, copiers and facsimile machines
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
