An oil field services company for power, oil and gas industry seeks:


1.Administrative / Logistics Officer



Reporting to the General Manager


Create organisation policies and standard operating procedures for all Administrative and Logistics activities, manage the acquisition, use, and maintenance of company properties, manage air and land travels logistics and ensure adequacy of vehicles for activities across the organisation.





At least 5’ administrative and logistics experience. You must be hardworking, energetic, reliable and trustworthy. You must be organised and able to take charge.


2. Personal Assistant to the Executive Chairman



Reporting to the Executive Chairman


Perform administrative, organisational, and logistical service to the Executive Chairman, helping him to manage and prioritise his time


Monitor his diary and email account, filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments and ensure busy diary commitments, papers, and travel arrangements are managed effectively including producing a daily folder with diary, necessary papers, etc. and troubleshooting problems.





At least 5 years’ requisite experience


Excellent organisation, oral and written communication skills


Computer literate


Finance & Accounts manager


Reporting to the Executive Chairman


Accountable for all aspects of the company’s financial direction and management and involved in the strategy and business-planning process, with critical input required in financial and control against a background of revenue growth


Delivery of financial information to management


Supervise and control the finance and accounting functions


Monitor subsidiary books, prepare final accounts, generate reports, prepare and manage budget and maintain an effective internal cost control system


Give financial analysis of company results, review and interpret results, identify opportunities and highlight risks



Bsc with ACA


8 years’ post qualification requisite experienc


Solid leadership skills, high levels of personal energy and the credibility to operate effectively and influence at all levels, both internally and externally


Solid numerate and analytical with a practical approach to problem solving, you must have the drive and commercial acumen to succeed
